To ensure the business process continues with as little interruption as possible it is common practice for small and large businesses to take out some form of annual PC maintenance contract.

We supply PC maintenance contracts that cover PC's, Printers, Servers and associated hardware. Our Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are for same day response (normally within 4 working hours) and next day response.

Whenever we take on a new PC Support Contract, we purchase spare parts specifically for that client. All contracts cover our clients for an unlimited amount of time spent on site and all reasonable parts.
